This YACEU /AAAI certificate course is perfect for participants curious about what yoga and chair yoga involve beyond the posture. A nice refresher for those who have been teaching in a gym, or those who are curious and wish to understand what makes yoga so popular and how it might benefit them.

About the event
Join me at the first One World Atlantic City Convention post pandemic.
Each training I offer will include more than the basic of content. Participants will learn tips to keep yourself and students safe from injury. Methods to incorporate course content in class and in ones daily life without extra time set aside to do so. From begining to advanced postures in chair yoga and Intro Yoga I will be offered. . Participants specific requests will be integrated into the content so those who attend will go home with tools to use for their own health as well as information to share to help them help others.
