About the event
Tai Qi QI Kung I form is short, simple, and is easy to learn with 13 repeating moves. Through the regular practice of Tai Qi Qi Kung I you can learn to move your body effortlessly, utilizing the energy of circulation, or Qi ( Chi) rather than muscle tension to enhance your strength, balance and groundedness. We begin each session with Qi gong warmups to stimulate circulation and to loosen the joints and muscles so we begin our practice with fluidity in the body and an empty mind. Each session will include these warm ups followed by breaking down the form into mini lessons of movement to help memory retention and correctness of form. Participants will receive supplemental content to aid in their own home practice.
