About the event
Dance and Move Master Class: Friday morning 9:30-10:30 a.m. THIS CLASS IS BOOKED SEPARATE.
Former Alvin Ailey dancer Wes Yarbor, of New Haven, CT., joins us for a wonderful opportunity to learn the details of movement and form from a professional dancers mastery.
Friday Evening Program: ( Friday only BOOKING option).
5:30-6:00 Registration confirmation, check-in, orientation, meet and greet with tea.
6:00-8:00 p.m. Moving consciously: Former Alvin Ailey dancer Wes Yarbor places emphasis on the micro muscles in the feet for balance enhancement and articulation of the joints
8:00-9:00 p.m. candlelight labyrinth walk: Master the trick of meditation with guided imagery combined with the power of your own breath. Night labyrinth walk option.
