About the event
Usher in Spring with a class designed to wake up the feeling of making it through a long stagnant winter. Our in-person price includes moving meditations through various qi gong forms, and an outdoor labyrinth walk.
• Programming is open to ALL levels of experience and abilities.
• All programming, tea, & light snacks.
• Space is limited
• Register early to ensure space.
• A Zoom link will be sent to those who are unable to join us in person.
• Yoga Alliance CEU's are available for 200, 300, and 500-level yoga instructors. Limited spaces available.

- All activities for this event will occur regardless of weather. Dress accordingly for the labyrinth walk.
