Zoom Yoga Class Schedule
All levels: Breathwork, Backends, and Twist
Time: Monday 6:30 PM Location: ZOOM.
Designed with modifications for all participants, traditional tao yin postures are performed in either lying or sitting positions to provide unique benefits that cannot be so readily achieved in standing or moving practices. Improved patterns of physical alignment and movement aid in reconditioning the spine and refreshing the body by opening chi flow, or circulation. Tendons and psoas muscles move more freely with the power of elasticity. The spine becomes more flexible. Individuals experience an overall feeling of well-being and internal spaciousness after each class. Repetition leads to an enhanced range of motion.
