Taoist Yoga

A dynamic practice focused on holding poses for extended periods to target deep connective tissues (fascia), aligning with the Daoist principle of balancing Yin and Yang. These practices emphasize "relaxed effort," allowing the body to naturally release tension rather than forcing stretches, making them highly therapeutic for physical and energetic health yet highly challenging. Posture targets deep muscles and tendon strength.

Qi Gong

Qigong is used to improve physical, mental, and emotional health, acting as a preventative health practice within traditional Chinese medicine.  "Qi" means vital energy, and "Gong" means work or cultivation; thus, Qigong is the art of mastering one's energy. Practices typically integrate gentle, repetitive movements, regulated breathing, focused mindfulness to stimulate energy flow, and to remove blockages to balance and cultivate the body's vital life force.
